About the UNDO Program
UNDO is Reverse School’s flagship engagement initiative, designed to transform real-world experiences into structured learning that empowers participants to reflect, act, and grow. The program cultivates resilience, critical thinking, and proactive decision-making by turning challenges into actionable insights.
UNDO 1.0 (2018–2019)
UNDO began as a series of in-person sessions at EMK Center, bringing together students, early-career professionals, entrepreneurs, and cross-industry leaders. Through storytelling, reflection, and guided exercises, participants explored real-world scenarios, learning how to navigate uncertainty, make informed decisions, and embrace challenges with confidence. These sessions laid the foundation for Reverse School’s methodology of structured experiential learning.
UNDO 2.0 (2021-2022)
UNDO began as a series of in-person sessions at EMK Center, bringing together students, early-career professionals, entrepreneurs, and cross-industry leaders. Through storytelling, reflection, and guided exercises, participants explored real-world scenarios, learning how to navigate uncertainty, make informed decisions, and embrace challenges with confidence. These sessions laid the foundation for Reverse School’s methodology of structured experiential learning.
Impact and Significance
Building on the success of its initial series, UNDO evolved into a hybrid learning experience, combining live sessions with online case studies. Participants engage in storytelling, guided reflection, and practical exercises, supported by the Undo Playbook. Small-group discussions foster peer-to-peer learning, enabling participants to apply insights in meaningful ways. This approach extends the program’s reach, making its transformative learning accessible to students and young professionals across various contexts.
